About the role

HDR is seeking an Area Construction Field Services Lead to oversee Construction Field Services in the New York City Area. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive business development, and ensure safe, high‑quality project delivery for infrastructure programs. Reporting to the Area Transportation Business Group Leader, you will build high‑performing teams, manage client relationships, and align regional plans with HDR's strategic objectives while upholding HDR's One HDR culture.
