About the role

Videojet Technologies is seeking a Business Unit Director – Continuous Inkjet (CIJ) to lead the CIJ product line with global scope. You will set strategy, drive growth, and own P&L in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Engineering and R&D. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Business Unit Management, you will work with regional leaders to deliver 1- and 3-year visions, develop key materials, and ensure successful launches while balancing resources across the organization.
