Pfizer is seeking a Senior Director of Oncology Portfolio Strategy to shape long-term investment and portfolio direction across tumor types and modalities. You will partner with R&D, Medical, Commercial, Access, Finance, and BI teams to inform senior leadership decisions and drive enterprise value.
Hybrid role across U.S. locations, with emphasis on strategic governance, scenario planning, and cross-functional leadership to optimize portfolio decisions and patient impact.
