About the role

Quality Control Floor Inspector Bethel, CTNesco Resource is seeking an experienced Quality Control Floor Inspector.
Responsibilities: Inspect incoming materials, components, and finished products for quality and customer specifications. Perform visual inspections and precision measurements. Use micrometers, calipers, height gages, plug gages, and thread gages. Read and apply GD&T requirements. Document inspection results and identify quality issues. Assist with root-cause investigations and corrective actions. Communicate quality concerns with production and management. Lead or guide other inspectors as needed. Follow all safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.5+ years of manufacturing quality inspection experience. Strong knowledge of GD&T and precision measuring equipment. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening.
Pay: $28–$30/hour, based on experience
Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM (OT as needed)
