About the role
- Serve food and beverages to guest from the Snack Bar.
- Cook menu items on grill and deep fryer.
- Stock all necessary items in the Snack Bar & Pro Shop
- Maintain and ensure cleanliness of snack bar area.
- Keep all product organized and stocked.
- Manage all payments and cash.
- Balance cash drawer at the end of the shift.
- Complete assigned side-work and prep-work.
- Perform other related duties that may be assigned by Management. Physical Demands Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the snack bar and dining areas for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 25-40 pounds (food, beverages, supplies, etc.)Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and twisting while stocking, cleaning, and preparing items
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems, kitchen equipment, and bar tools safely
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes in hot or cold conditions
- Ability to respond quickly to guest needs and work efficiently during busy periods Qualifications: Food Handlers Card (Within 30 days of Hire)
- Responsible Beverage Server Certification (Within 60 Days of Hire)
