About the role

Driving strategic public sector transformations, the full-time remote Consult Partner - SLED, PA/NJ will lead multi-disciplinary teams in delivering innovative technology solutions and managing complex client engagements across New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships with state agency leaders, serving as a trusted advisor on digital transformation initiatives Lead business development efforts by identifying and pursuing opportunities aligned with state budget cycles and managing formal government solicitations Oversee the design and delivery of complex IT consulting projects, ensuring alignment with client missions and high technical performanceRequired QualificationsExtensive experience in client relationship management within state government agencies or public sector environments Proven track record in leading complex IT consulting projects, including cloud migrations and infrastructure modernizations Direct experience with public sector procurement processes, including RFPs and cooperative purchasing vehicles Demonstrated financial acumen in driving revenue growth and managing engagement risks Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
