About the role

UCB is seeking a Global Payer Head to lead global access, pricing, reimbursement, and evidence strategies for its cell therapy portfolio. Based in Atlanta, with presence in Boston and Raleigh, you will partner with asset teams and executive leaders to embed payer perspectives throughout development and commercialization. You will build a long-term global asset strategy, direct payer sub-teams, shape value propositions, and support launches with rigorous market access plans.
