About the role

The Save Mart Companies is recruiting a Senior Total Rewards Manager, based in Dublin, CA, to lead design, implementation and administration of compensation and benefits. You will manage the 401(k) plan, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS, and DOL, while guiding pay structures and data integrity across the organization. Reporting to the Director, Compensation & Records, with cross-functional influence across payroll and benefits, you will drive mergers and acquisitions
