Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required. Technical training in electrical assembly, electronics, manufacturing, or a related field preferred. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, assembly instructions, and wiring diagrams.
Experience Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience in electrical assembly, electronics manufacturing, or a related production environment. Hands-on experience using hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, wire strippers, and other assembly equipment. Experience assembling, testing, or troubleshooting electrical components preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong electrical wiring and mechanical assembly skills. Experience with wire harness assembly, cable routing, and soldering is a plus. Bilingual Vietnamese language skills required. Strong problem-solving abilities and commitment to continuous improvement. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the workday. Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle small parts, tools, and electrical components. Ability to lift, move, and position materials and assemblies as required. Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and visual accuracy.
Job Duties:
Assemble electrical components and subassemblies for X-ray inspection systems using technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Install, align, fit, and secure electrical and mechanical components to precise specifications while maintaining quality and safety standards. Use hand tools and assembly equipment to build, modify, adjust, and troubleshoot products during the manufacturing process. Collaborate with production team members to achieve daily production goals, maintain workflow efficiency, and meet delivery schedules.
