As an Industry Talent Consultant, you’ll: Build relationships with companies in your market Identify hiring needs and develop new business Recruit and evaluate professionals within your specialty Manage the hiring process from search through placement Build a long-term client portfolio and professional network You’ll have the independence of building your own business while receiving training, technology, resources, systems, and support from Goodwin Recruiting. This is a fully remote, independent contractor opportunity with commission-based compensation. Full-time commitment and financial readiness for the ramp-up period are important.
