Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of electrical experience, primarily in residential work.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Strong troubleshooting and installation skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Dependable with good attendance.
Desire to learn and develop professionally.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to pass criminal and driving background checks.
Basic English communication skills.

Job Duties:
Perform residential electrical work in accordance with the National Electrical Code and local regulations.
Complete electrical installations, repairs, upgrades, and troubleshooting safely and professionally.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.
Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and management.
Other duties as assigned.
