Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget
Research, plan, and book customized travel experiences, including flights, accommodations, activities, and dining Manage bookings, modifications, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency Provide expert recommendations on destinations, travel requirements, and current deals Deliver exceptional customer service from initial consultation through the completion of each trip Stay informed on industry trends, supplier updates, and special promotions
What We're Looking For: Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to stay organized and multitask Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn (comprehensive training provided) Experience in travel, hospitality, or sales is a plus, but not required
