About the role

VP – Sales, New Business / New Logo Acquisition | USMy direct client is looking for a senior Sales & Business Development leader to drive new-logo acquisition and revenue growth across the US market. This is a high-impact Individual Contributor (IC) role reporting directly to senior leadership, with a strong focus on hunting, executive networking, GTM strategy, pipeline creation, and closing new business. What You’ll Own:• Drive end-to-end new-logo acquisition — prospecting through closure.• Build and manage a strong new-business pipeline from scratch.• Develop and execute US GTM strategies across targeted industries.• Build relationships with CXOs and senior decision-makers.• Sell Analytics, AI/ML, Data, Digital Transformation, Cloud & IT Services.• Own approximately $3M annual new-business revenue target.• Develop strategic partnerships and alliances to accelerate growth.• Work closely with leadership and delivery teams to convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.
What We’re Looking For: • 10–16+ years of technology sales / business development experience.• Proven hunter profile with a strong track record of opening new logos.• Experience selling technology consulting / IT services / Analytics / Data / AI / Digital Transformation solutions.• Strong CXO-level network and executive relationship-building skills.• Proven success in GTM strategy, pipeline creation, large-deal closure and revenue ownership.• Experience across Retail/CPG, High-Tech OR Manufacturing (Highly Preferred).• Exposure to Microsoft, Databricks, Cloud or other strategic technology partnerships is a plus.• Strong communication, negotiation and executive presence.• Willingness to travel within the US.
