The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the DSD sales team, managing the Key Account Manager team, and owning distributor relationships. This role demands a strategic leader with a proven track record in the beverage industry, particularly in DSD and natural channel distribution. The VP of Sales will be tasked with driving the national go-to-market strategy, coordinating field and trade marketing, and creating accountability through data. Experience in building and leading multi-state sales organizations, as well as a strong understanding of route-to-market strategy and regulatory compliance, is essential. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive sales leadership experience within the beverage sector, with a focus on DSD and natural channel distribution. The role requires a candidate with a dual-channel background, including experience with regional beer wholesalers and natural/specialty distributors. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to secure and grow national retail partnerships and to navigate the complexities of state-by-state regulatory requirements.
