Patient Assistance Liaison The Patient Transporter assists patients with transfer between different areas of the hospital for testing, admission, discharge, or other reasons. Also distributes equipment and supplies to appropriate departments. Assists patients of varying mobility using transfer techniques and/or lifting devices, when needed Maintains cleanliness of equipment and ensures it is stored properly Communicates relevant information effectively to hospital departments and management Works closely with nursing to maintain patient safety
Required: High school diploma or equivalent, prior medical and/or customer service experience preferred
