About the role

Brown and Caldwell seeks an Associate Owners Advisor to support Senior Owner's Advisors in planning, procurement development and strategy, and project execution. The role acts as a liaison among the owner, stakeholders, and project team to meet budget, schedule, and quality targets. Some client contact is expected. Responsibilities include drafting RFQs/RFPs for procurement, coordinating meetings, reviewing SOQs and proposals, assisting in contract negotiations, and coordinating procurement #J-18808-Ljbffr
