ROLE DESCRIPTION: Kristen Kruger Boswell - State Farm Agent is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Life/Health Insurance Specialist. In this role, you'll help individuals and families protect what matters most by providing personalized life and health insurance solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up activities.
Conduct needs-based conversations to identify appropriate life and health insurance solutions.
Educate clients on policy options, coverage benefits, and long-term protection strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Review existing coverage and identify opportunities to better protect clients and their families.
Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Stay current on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS: Active Life & Health insurance license will be required.
Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
Proven ability to build rapport and develop lasting client relationships.
Strong communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic.
Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
Comfortable using CRM systems and agency technology platforms.
