About the role

This is a remote role for a Travel Agent/Advisor at Seven Seas Travel and Tours LLC. The Travel Agent/Advisor will assist clients by planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel-related services. The role involves creating personalized travel itineraries, providing exceptional customer service, and advising clients on travel requirements, such as visas and travel insurance. Handling inquiries, managing reservations, and promoting travel packages are also key responsibilities.
Qualifications: Experience in Reservations and Travel Arrangements is essential. Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to respond promptly and professionally to client needs. Knowledge of Car Rental and related travel services is required. Sales skills and the ability to create bespoke travel packages are an advantage. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills to handle client requests efficiently. Familiarity with travel booking platforms and tools is preferred.
