Job Title:Enterprise Sales Director - Retail Digital Workers Location: Herndon, VA(Hybrid) (30-50% customer travel) Fulltime PositionREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:• 10+ years of enterprise technology sales, including 5+ years selling into retail, e-commerce, CPG, distribution, or supply-chain organizations.• Demonstrated success closing complex six- or seven-figure software, platform, data, automation, commerce, cloud, or transformation opportunities.• Working knowledge of omnichannel commerce, store operations, merchandising, inventory, order management, fulfillment, returns, customer experience, promotions, loyalty, or loss prevention.• Ability to build an economic case using operational baselines such as margin, inventory accuracy, shrink, out-of-stocks, conversion, fulfillment, returns, or service cost.• Experience coordinating solution engineering, product, delivery, security, legal, privacy, procurement, and executive sponsors through a long enterprise cycle.• Executive-level fluency in AI risk, customer data, human oversight, auditability, model choice, and customer-owned deployment.• Strong written communication, executive presentation, negotiation, forecasting, and account-planning discipline.• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:• Experience selling agentic AI, retail analytics, commerce, inventory, supply chain, customer service, RPA, fraud, or data platforms.• Relationships with major retailers, CPG brands, distributors, retail consultancies, systems integrators, or commerce and supply-chain technology partners.• Familiarity with PCI DSS, consumer privacy and consent, retail fraud, loyalty data, and security review for customer-facing systems.• Experience creating a new vertical offer or category from existing horizontal technology assets.
