Sheet metal fabrication and manufacturer in Gallatin is hiring Production Workers Multiple shifts available! Pay rates start at $20- $22/hour1st shift: M-R 6:00 am - 4:30 pm 2nd shift: M-R 4:40 pm - 3:10 am Weekend Shift-5:00 am till 5:30 pm Friday, Saturday, & Sunday. (Work 36 and get paid for 40!).Essential Duties of these Production Workers Assists with loading and unloading production parts for efficiency and lines density on a continually moving conveyor line with varying speeds. Loads and unloads parts to ensure quality throughout the operation process (position parts with awareness of product placement to ensure powder coat sprayer has ability to maintain product quality). Responsible for initial quality inspection of all parts. Follows established procedures for disposition of rejected or questionable material. Flexible to move and cross-train to other areas of the line and facility. Additional duties and responsibilities may be required, based upon business needs, at any time with or without notice. Qualifications of this Laser Operators High school level education or equivalent specialized training which may be obtained in vocational courses or on the job. A year or more in a Manufacturing environment desired, but not required. Experience in a Powder Coating environment is a plus, but not required. Ability to lift 50lbs with or without accommodations.
