About the role
Recruitee is hiring a Product Designer to help shape a high-growth creator platform across product and marketing experiences. This onsite role is based at Cooper Square in New York, with strong priority given to NYC-based candidates who can start immediately. For top candidates outside the city, relocation assistance is available.
What you will do:
Own product design end-to-end across the brand web dashboard, the creator iOS and Android apps, and marketing touchpoints.
Turn complex data and systems into intuitive user interfaces, including analytics, campaign performance views, and payout queues.
Lead and scale the Figma design system, keeping it aligned with live code components as the product evolves.
Use modern AI tooling, includingClaude , Cursor, andv0, to prototype quickly and automate parts of the workflow.
What you bring4+ yearsof professional software and product design experience.
Expert-level knowledge of Figma, includingauto layout , variables , components, andinteractive flows.
Proven experience designing bothB2B SaaS dashboardsandconsumer mobile applications.
Hands-on experience using AI tools to design and ship faster.
Must be aUS Citizen or Green Card Holder .Visa sponsorship is not available.
Ability to work5 days per week in personatCooper Square, NYC.

Compensation & benefits:
The salary range is$165,000 to $220,000 per year, withequity up to 1%. Benefits includeunlimited PTO , full health coverage , health insurance, andlife insurance, along with 401(k) matching. Relocation support and paid time off are also included.
