Sr. QA Manager – Web & Mobile
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (Day-1 Onsite - Monday to Thursday)
Duration: Long-term
Description: This role will lead quality engineering across our Web and Mobile platforms, with a strong focus on QA automation, modern testing practices, and overall quality strategy.
Responsibilities: AI & Automation Transformation: Proven success taking QA organizations from limited automation to an AI-enabled, automation-first Quality Engineering model. Deep expertise designing scalable end-to-end automation architecture across web, React Native mobile, APIs, and complex e-commerce journeys. Strong hands-on expertise with modern test automation frameworks and tools, including Playwright, Cypress, Appium, Detox, Jest, Cucumber/BDD, REST Assured, Postman, and Browser Stack, with deep experience in web, mobile, API (REST/GraphQL), and end-to-end automation. Demonstrated ability to leverage AI across the testing lifecycle for test generation, coverage optimization, risk identification, defect analysis, and regression optimization. Proven experience embedding automated quality gates into CI/CD pipelines, enabling faster, more reliable releases with continuous testing. Strong leadership in establishing BDD/TDD practices, automation standards, measurable quality KPIs, and adoption across onshore/offshore teams.
