About the role

To support a growing Managed Services department, the full-time remote French Bilingual Document Specialist will audit driver qualification documents, translate compliance-related documents from Canadian French to English, and collaborate with Client Service Specialists to ensure accurate client information management. Key responsibilities Audit driver qualification documents and drug & alcohol information for clients Translate driver qualification and compliance-related documents from Canadian French to English Collaborate with Client Service Specialists to validate and update client information in applicable systems Required qualifications High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) Professional proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking French 1+ years of experience in a general office setting or a combination of experience and post-secondary education Experience in a highly regulated industry is a plus Proficiency in PC use and ability to navigate multiple screens and programs
