Responsibilities
Define, prioritize, and advance enterprise fraud risk initiatives across business lines
Own end-to-end problem framing, risk tradeoff decisions, and impact assessments
Lead alignment across business, product, digital, operations, and risk partners
Drive innovation and proactively identify emerging risks
Manage complex coordination and elevate decision quality
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
Typically more than 10 years of applicable experience
Deep domain expertise across fraud risk, controls, identity, authentication, and customer abuse
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem framing
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
Strong executive communication skills
Demonstrated judgment in prioritization, escalation, and enterprise tradeoff management
