About the role
Leading a team of analytics professionals, the full-time Senior Quantitative Manager will design and implement strategies for new account screening, focusing on fraud mitigation and process improvement in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
Manage analytics and strategy initiatives for the Fraud Strategy & Analytics team related to new account originations
Develop and implement analytics and technology solutions to enhance digital account controls while addressing fraud risks
Mentor junior analytics professionals and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to support operational and strategic analytics needs
Required qualifications:
Advanced degree in a STEM field or equivalent work experience in fraud analytics
5-10 years of relevant experience, including 2-4 years in a management role
Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, R, and/or Python, with 4-8 years of experience in statistical modeling and database management
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities
Experience with SQL and familiarity with Microsoft Office products
