About the role

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER| PACKAGINGCirca $120K Base + Uncapped BonusRemote / Home-BasedThis is not an account management role. The priority is finding a salesperson who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities, getting in front of decision-makers and winning new customers. Once you win them, you'll have the opportunity to develop those relationships into significant long-term accounts. You'll be representing an established manufacturer providing custom packaging solutions to customers across a range of markets. Working remotely, you'll have the autonomy to develop your territory, backed by an experienced internal team. Building your own pipeline and territory strategy Understanding customer packaging requirements Preparing quotations and negotiating commercial agreements Developing new customers into long-term accounts Managing sales forecasts and CRM activity Working closely with internal project, customer service and manufacturing teams Attending customer meetings, industry events and trade shows We want to speak with salespeople who can demonstrate a track record of creating business, rather than simply managing an established customer base.3+ years of successful B2B sales experience A demonstrable track record of winning new customers Experience selling within packaging, manufacturing or another technical B2B environment Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills Packaging experience is preferred, but it is not essential. Experience within rigid plastics, custom packaging, labels, cartons, flexibles or other manufacturing-led B2B environments would all be of interest. This is a remote, field-based position covering the Southeast / South Central United States .You'll need to be well positioned to cover the territory and have convenient access to a major airport, as regular customer travel will be required. Uncapped bonus/commission Phone & internet Equally, if you're a proven B2B manufacturing salesperson who knows how to hunt, open doors and build a territory, don't rule yourself out because you havent sold packaging before. Drop me a message for a confidential conversation.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
