Protect Data Manager (PPDM), Dell Networker and Dell Cyber Recovery Vault. Perform troubleshooting on the backup environment. Open support tickets with vendors on unique problems and work to completion. Support Disaster Recovery efforts as they pertain to the data protection environment. Assist in operationalizing and monitoring Cyber Recovery Vault. Must be detail oriented and pay attention to standards. Monitor and analyze enterprise backup systems. Regards, Alex.
