About the role

Women’s Earth and Climate Action Network (WECAN) is seeking a full‑time Policy Coordinator to advance climate justice campaigns and build feminist leadership in global climate solutions. The role is remote and United States–based, with responsibilities including policy research, strategy development, and coalition building across diverse campaigns. You will work closely with the Executive Director to push progressive policies within a climate justice framework.
