About the role

SIMONA America seeks a PVC/Fluoropolymers Process Coordinator to lead safe, efficient production operations across PVC and fluoropolymers areas. You will establish accountability for performance, quality, safety, and process discipline while coordinating with Quality, R&D, Maintenance, and EHS to meet customer requirements. You will develop training programs, ensure staff are qualified, and drive continuous improvement through standardized processes and KPI monitoring.
