About the Role: We're looking for data-savvy telecom analytics experts who can dig into complex wireless network and customer data, spot untapped opportunities, and turn them into real AI solutions. Using large-scale data platforms, you'll translate strategic business challenges into automated data pipelines and robust executive insights. You'll work closely with engineers, data scientists, and business leaders to shape how data drives smarter networks and better customer outcomes.
What You'll Do:
  • Dig into large wireless datasets to surface trends, issues, and growth opportunities, and proactively spot new AI/ML use cases beyond any checklist
  • Act as the bridge between business teams, data scientists, and AI engineers, turning business problems into clear, data-backed AI recommendations andtranslating strategic business challenges into actionable, automated data pipelines
  • Advise engineers on data quality, feature design, and real-world context to shape model applications
  • Identify ways data can drive automation, prediction, and smarter network and customer operations
  • Work cross-functionally to set goals, metrics, and AI/analytics roadmaps aligned with business priorities
  • Brief senior leaders with clear insights, executive dashboards, and reports that make complex data easy to grasp
  • Assess data readiness for predictive, ML, and GenAI use, and help prioritize AI projects by impact and feasibility
What You Bring:
  • 10+ years in telecom/wireless analytics, ideally at a Tier-1 carrier (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile) or a major vendor
  • Strong Python skills and advanced SQL, with hands-on experience building automated data pipelines
  • Working experience withGCPand large-scale data platforms
  • Solid knowledge of wireless architecture, RAN, network KPIs, and customer experience metrics
  • Experience turning business problems into analytics-driven strategy alongside AI/ML or data science teams, including exposure to GenAI or Agentic AIExperience building executive dashboards and reports in Looker or Qlik ; working knowledge of HTML and CSS for customizing visuals is a plus
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and set direction without detailed specs
