Commercial Executive AssistantJob Type: Full-timeLocation: Norcross, Georgia (Hybrid, minimum 2 days per week in the office)Role Benefits: Competitive Salary + Benefits Package and moreBecome part of making the impossible possible.About the RoleAs a Commercial Executive Assistant, you will provide proactive, high-quality support to senior leaders across our Commercial organisation, including the VP Sales & Applications, VP Marketing & Communications, and VP Customer Services. Working closely with executive stakeholders, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities, managing priorities, coordinating complex schedules, and supporting key business initiatives.This role combines executive support, stakeholder coordination, event planning, and operational administration. You will be a trusted partner to senior leaders, helping them maximise their effectiveness while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail at all times.What You'll Be DoingManaging complex calendars and scheduling for members of the Commercial Executive Management team.Proactively tracking and following up on actions, approvals, and requests to ensure timely completion.Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, visas, and detailed itineraries.Organizing and supporting meetings, customer visits, site visits, workshops, and other business events.Providing high-quality day-to-day administrative support to senior leaders.Processing and coordinating expense claims, while supporting approval workflows for executives and their teams.Acting as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and supporting executive communications.Providing cover and support for the Business Operations Executive Assistant when required.Collaborating closely with the wider Executive Support team to ensure seamless support across the business.Supporting site-based activities and events, including town halls, leadership visits, and large-scale employee gatherings.About YouTypically 5 years' experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar senior administrative roleStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectivelyAbility to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a proactive approachExcellent planning, coordination, and time management skillsStrong communication skills with excellent written and spoken EnglishHigh levels of discretion and experience handling sensitive and confidential informationProficient with digital tools and office technologiesA collaborative team player who builds positive relationships across all levels of the organisationFlexible in approach, with the ability to accommodate occasional early starts or late finishes when requiredWe provide market-leading, material characterization technologies for the world's most innovative companies, academic institutions, and government laboratories in the analytics of advanced materials.We support our customers through their biggest challenges, from developing lifesaving vaccines to sustainable fuels.
