You'll help sales professionals secure one-on-one meetings with top-level decision-makers from Europe's largest companies, giving them a unique chance to grow their business. You'll also manage your own portfolio over time and build long-term client relationships. Your daily tasks will include: Prospecting and building a pipeline through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc. Identifying and targeting companies that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) Booking and running 10+ meetings per week (once fully up to speed) Closing at least 1 deal per week Growing to 40 meetings and 4 closed deals monthly after 6 months Your QualificationsYou speak Norwegian at a native level and you are fluent in English (at least B2). 1–2 years of outbound B2B sales experience. Experience in a fast-paced, KPI-focused environment. You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills. You are self-motivated and proactive with a growth mindset and strong work ethic. You have strong communication skills and you are excellent at prioritizing tasks.
