REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Quality Assurance & Release Specialist in Winston‑Salem, NC As a Marketing Quality Assurance & Release Specialist, you will support the Campaign Operations and Consumer Experience ecosystem by ensuring that consumer-facing campaigns, offers, digital assets, customer journeys, and experiences function correctly across web, mobile, email, and other channels prior to launch. You will also ensure they are executed accurately and in compliance with quality, regulatory, privacy, legal, and brand standards within a highly regulated CPG environment. As a key member of the Campaign Operations and Consumer Experience team, you will partner closely with marketers, product managers, designers, analytics teams, developers, Compliance, Legal, Brand, Trade Marketing, and external partners to translate campaign requirements into technical execution. You will define QA standards, manage release readiness, support defect triage, validate execution quality, and ensure issues are properly documented, escalated, resolved, and prevented from recurring. This is a highly operational, detail-oriented, and governance-driven role for a disciplined professional who can bring structure to complex release environments, strengthen quality controls, reduce deployment risk, and help teams deliver compliant, accurate, and consumer-ready experiences with confidence.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Quality Assurance Governance & Standards Establish, maintain, and enforce QA standards, controls, testing protocols, readiness criteria, checklists, and governance frameworks for consumer-facing campaigns, digital experiences, and release activities within a highly regulated environment. Release Readiness & Deployment Management Lead release readiness activities by coordinating approvals, testing results, documentation, risk assessments, dependencies, and go/no-go decisions to ensure successful and compliant deployments. Campaign & Experience Validation Conduct comprehensive pre-launch validation of campaigns, offers, customer journeys, and digital experiences across web, mobile, email, and other channels
