Executive Recruiter | Finance and Accounting Staffing Pugh Executive Search is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a retailer based in Fort Worth. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for creating financials to drive the forecasting, budgeting, strategic analysis, KPI reporting, M&A, and Revenue Analysis, etc.
As an individual contributor, this is a hands on role requiring the following:
BBA in Accounting or Finance; MBA (+)
3+ years of experience in either operational or corporate level finance
Proven experience in creating and delivering financial presentations at operational and consolidated levels.
Strong business acumen and Big Picture mentality
Above average communication skills, both oral and written
Professional presence and strong leadership skills
Ability to prioritize and deliver on the demands in a timely fashion.
Positive Energy and Enthusiasm
Good job tenure (2+ years per job)
Expert level Excel, Power BI or SQL
