About the role
Abnormal Security is hiring a Professional Services Consultant to join the Self-Serve team. You will own post-sales deployments for smaller, lower-touch accounts, driving activation quickly and moving dozens of deployments at once.
You will guide activation, troubleshoot complex cases, and ensure customers reach value within days on a 12-day time-to-value target, across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace with add-ons, while supporting a fast, largely asynchronous deployment motion.
