Hope Fellowship is seeking a Youth & Young Adults Pastor to lead a growing ministry for middle school, high school, and post-high school young adults. The role centers on reaching unchurched students, building community, discipling believers, and developing leaders who serve Christ and His church. You will cast and execute a compelling vision, lead weekly gatherings, recruit and shepherd volunteers, mentor students and train leaders, and collaborate with parents while managing curriculum,
