Job Description: Airvida.com is a leader in hyperbaric chamber solutions for home and clinical use. As we expand, we’re seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to manage and improve our warehouse processes with independence and accountability.
Position Overview: This is a hands-on, highly independent role requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work without day-to-day supervision. You will be responsible for the safe handling, quality control, and shipment of high-value medical and wellness equipment, as well as maintaining an efficient, professional warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklift and manage material handling with safety and efficiency.
  • Receive, inspect, and organize inbound shipments and inventory.
  • Build pallets, crates, and package equipment securely for safe transport.
  • Prepare and ship high-value equipment ($10,000–$50,000+) with care and accuracy.
  • Coordinate shipments using LTL carriers, FedEx, and USPS.Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards before shipping.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Communicate with internal teams (sales, service, operations) to align on shipping schedules and priorities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements for warehouse efficiency.
  • Requirements to Apply
  • Forklift certification and 3+ years warehouse experience (required).Proven ability to build pallets and prepare shipments for transit.
  • Experience shipping high-value equipment ($10K–$50K).Knowledge of working with LTL carriers, FedEx, and USPS.Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication skills for coordination with team and leadership.
  • Woodworking experience (crating, custom packaging, or similar).Quality control experience in handling and shipping equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties.
