Inside Sales Representative
Location: Onsite – Tempe, Arizona
A rapidly scaling player in the real estate investment sector is expanding its sales team and hiring a motivated Inside Sales Representative to convert high-volume leads into closed deals. This is a hybrid role that offers a unique path to six-figure earnings for performance-driven sales professionals. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the frontline voice for buyers and sellers interested in real estate investment services. Handle high-volume inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism, persuasion, and a focus on results. Leverage provided scripts, CRM tools, and compliance frameworks to drive customer conversions. Close deals by qualifying leads, identifying value-add solutions, and guiding prospects through the sales process. Collaborate closely with licensing and compliance teams to ensure proper credentials are obtained and maintained.
Skills and Experience: Proven track record in high-volume inside sales roles such as mortgage, insurance, or real estate. Adept at handling objections, managing sales conversations, and building rapport over the phone. Ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment where compensation is directly tied to output. Strong sense of urgency, professional integrity, and desire to exceed monthly targets.
