About the role

CHS Recruiting in Sparta, New Jersey, is seeking a Physician - Urologist for a full-time, 40-hour week, Monday–Friday with no evenings, weekends, or holidays. Compensation includes a base salary of $375,000 to $625,000, productivity-based bonuses, malpractice tail insurance, comprehensive health/dental/vision coverage, 36 days PTO, CME allowance, and a 401(k) with 4% match.

Requirements: New Jersey medical license, DEA, and Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology.
