About the role

We're hiring on behalf of our client who is a well-established, privately held, developer/owner/manager of Class-A+ multifamily. They are a very stable, well-funded company who has developed 40K+ units, with 15+ projects in the pipeline throughout the Southeast & Texas and continuing to expand. Our client is looking for an Asset Management Associate to support the asset management function across their portfolio of new construction multifamily projects. Key details: Assist in reviewing monthly property financials and operating reports Track performance against underwriting, including revenue, expenses, and NOIAnalyze and explain variances to proforma Support underwriting, including rent, expense, and market assumptions Perform sensitivity and scenario analysis Some travel required
Ideal Candidate: 1-3+ years of relevant corporate finance or commercial real estate experience preferred Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field Strong Excel and financial modeling skills Understanding of real estate fundamentals (NOI, IRR, cap rates)Work from Home Opportunity | Candidate must reside in either Charlotte, NC or Columbus, GA
