About the role

Freedom Academy, Inc. is seeking an experienced SPED Director to lead and oversee our special education program. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws while guiding IEP development and staff support in a K–8 charter environment. You will partner with families and school leaders to build systems that are legally sound, outcomes-focused, and emotionally supportive for students with diverse learning needs.
