About the role

We’re partnering with a growing international organization to appoint a National Account Manager to develop a strategically important market across the U.S. with a specialty isn government, and military sales within med device. This is a high-autonomy commercial role combining new business development, strategic account management and market expansion. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing relationships with senior decision-makers, and building long-term partnerships across complex national accounts.
The Opportunity: Own and execute a national account growth strategy Develop new business across large, complex organizations Build relationships with senior-level decision-makers Create long-term account and partnership strategies Identify and respond to formal procurement and tender opportunities Build and manage a strong national sales pipeline Develop relationships with channel and distribution partners Map key stakeholders across target accounts Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM activity Represent the organization at relevant industry events Travel nationally for customer meetings when required What We’re Looking For 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts Strong new-business and account-development background Comfortable navigating long and complex sales cycles Experience working with procurement processes or formal tenders is advantageous Strong commercial, communication and relationship-building skills Able to work independently and take ownership of a developing market
