Job Description: Palm Beach Children's Hospital is building something exceptional — an ACS-verified pediatric surgical program with the infrastructure, subspecialty depth, and institutional backing to support a truly comprehensive practice. From day one, you step into a full scope of practice spanning neonatal surgery, pediatric oncology, and advanced minimally invasive procedures, with a Level III NICU, regional PICU, COG Program, and an internationally recognized orthopedic institute for congenital deformities behind you. You will collaborate with a robust team of pediatric subspecialists and work within a high-volume, high-acuity environment that rewards clinical ambition. Position Highlights:

Full-time pediatric surgery opportunity serving premature newborns through adolescents up to age 18 Broad operative scope encompassing cervical, thoracic, and abdominal procedures across respiratory, digestive, biliary, genitourinary, and dermatologic systems
High-volume, multidisciplinary practice within an ACS-verified children's hospital
Level III NICU and high-risk obstetrics program with approximately 3,000 deliveries per year
Regional PICU and Children's Oncology Group (COG) Program on site
Internationally renowned orthopedic institute for congenital deformities
Dedicated outpatient clinic component
Collaborative team of pediatric subspecialists including Gastroenterology, Pulmonology, Neurology, Hematology/Oncology, and Cardiology
Well-established support staff including Advanced Practice Providers

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Surgery3–5 years of experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
