Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, 40 hours/week On-Call: Monday–Friday, with approximately 1 week of on-call per month
About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join a CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) program in Rolling Meadows, IL.The organization is a nonprofit social services agency dedicated to providing innovative opportunities and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing services to clients based on their individual healthcare needs. Monitor and support clients' overall health and wellness. Work under the direction of the Director of Community Living Services. Provide medication administration training to employees in accordance with Illinois DHS guidelines. Coordinate and support clients' ongoing healthcare needs. Collaborate with staff, healthcare providers, and other members of the care team.
Requirements:
Active Illinois RN license. Nursing Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).At least 1 year of related nursing experience. Must be flexible and willing to participate in approximately 1 week of on-call coverage per month. Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with rotating weekends.
