Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related scientific discipline is required. Experience within the chemical, biochemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry. Proven customer-facing experience in scientific sales, business development, technical support, or account management. Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and technical information. Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts. Collect and analyze market intelligence, competitor activity, and customer feedback. Attend scientific conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events. Collaborate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction, order fulfillment, and marketing initiatives.
