Our focus on strong collaboration, combined with robust methodology and market‑proven tools, can help deliver benefits rapidly.SAP S/4HANA Directors will design, build, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals and requirements. Directors are experienced in SAP S/4HANA for (FICO, MM/IM, SD, PP, QM, SM, etc.) – roadmap, implementation, upgrade, migrations and support project(s). Furthermore, advising and advocating leading practices, which is key for our client’s success in being high performers.SAP Directors apply well‑honed consulting, project management and technical skills in the management of major project components or entire projects.A Director will typically have:Requirements & QualificationsProfessional Experience:Minimum of 10 – 15 yearsSAP Experience:Minimum 7 – 10 yearsSAP Full Implementation Life Cycles:Minimum 3-5S/4HANA Experience:Minimum of one full S/4HANA project with proven use and knowledge of SAP FIORI Apps, Analytics, Query BrowserIndustry experience:Life Science, CPG, High Tech ManufacturingDocumented SAP S/4HANA (FICO, MM/IM, SD, PP, QM, SM, etc.) experienceSAP S/4HANA Certification will be an advantageCapable of assessing current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Experienced with analyzing the (FICO, MM/IM, SD, PP, QM, SM, etc.) processes in an organization and design its processes and systems based on S/4 HANA processes and functionality.Documented project experience in at least two full S/4HANA project lifecycles from planning to configuration through go‑live. Specifically:Leads Fit2Standard Workshop with the customer, documents fit and potential gapsWorks with customer team to configure the selected business processes to meet customer requirement, develops solution and work around to address potential gapsProvides business process input to technical consultants addressing data migration, integration and potential extensibilityDefines analytics strategy for application area so that the customer gets relevant reports and business insightsIdentification of improvement potentials in continuous operationsDesign of operations proceduresSupports training of key users at the customer for relevant application areaExperience with FIORI Apps, Analytics and Query browser within (FICO, MM/IM, SD, PP, QM, SM, etc.)Proven ability to assess the business model and its integration with technologyProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem‑solving environmentGood understanding of cross‑functional integration and how to apply leading practices with an industry (Life Science, CPG, High Tech Manufacturing) and context focusExcellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skillsExcellent stakeholder management skillsExperience from consultancy company will be an advantageTravel is required as necessary for the project.Personal QualitiesEntrepreneurial, creative, imaginative, resourceful, independent, motivated, professional, and collaborative#J-18808-Ljbffr
