About the role

SPX Technologies in Olathe, KS seeks a Senior Site Leader to guide our large, complex manufacturing operations. You will own safety, quality, delivery, cost, people and growth, and drive the site strategy across multiple functions. The role requires 15+ years of leadership in manufacturing, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, Lean and ERP/MRP experience, and a track record of building high-performing teams on-site. Based at the Olathe facility with potential travel to other SPX sites.
