Description Production Associate / Construction LaborerLocation: West Sacramento, CAPosition OverviewWe are seeking a dependable Production Associate / Construction Laborer with recent hands-on construction experience and proficiency using power tools and hand tools. This role involves assembling ductwork components, moving materials, performing quality inspections, and preparing finished products for shipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload raw materials and finished products within the facility.Assemble ductwork parts and components using hand tools and power tools.Prepare completed products for shipment and customer delivery.Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and proper fit are met.Package, label, and stage completed ductwork for delivery.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards.Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.Follow all safety procedures and company policies.QualificationsRecent hands-on construction experience is required.Experience using a variety of power tools and hand toolsBackground in construction, carpentry, HVAC, fabrication, general labor, or handyman work preferred.Ability to read and follow work instructions.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.Ability to work safely in a production and warehouse environment.Preferred ExperienceConstruction LaborerHandymanCarpenter HelperHVAC Installer HelperManufacturing or Production AssociateWarehouse Worker with power tool experience
