About the role

Job Description: We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented person to join our team as a Part-Time Warehouse & Operations Assistant. This is an entry-level position with no previous warehouse or wine industry experience required. This is a seasonal position through the end of the year, with the possibility of continued or more permanent employment in the new year depending on performance and business needs. It’s a great opportunity for someone new to the workforce or interested in gaining hands-on experience in operations, warehouse management, inventory, or the wine industry.
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PMApproximately 10 hours per week
Additional evening and weekend hours may occasionally be available but are not required.
Responsibilities:
  • Pull and pack customer orders for shipment and delivery
  • Receive and put away incoming stock
  • Help organize and maintain warehouse inventory
  • Assist with inventory counts and general inventory management
  • Keep work and storage areas organized
  • Help with other basic warehouse and operations tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
  • Dependable and able to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to learn
  • Interest in operations, logistics, inventory, or warehouse management
  • An interest in wine or the wine industry is a plus, but no wine knowledge is required
Requirements:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
