About the role

Dauch Corporation is seeking an Area Manager for the Alamance Manufacturing Facility in Mebane, North Carolina. This fully onsite role will oversee day-to-day operations, define performance targets, and drive production, cost, and quality control across the area. Responsibilities include staffing, development, and performance management of operations staff, along with coordinating with business, sales, and engineering teams to meet service levels and schedules. All other duties as assigned.
